About me

Hi, I’m Janna — a busy mom, wife, dog owner and Health & Wellbeing Coach who believes in steady, sustainable change.
My path into wellbeing began long before
SteadyWell Coaching existed.
After completing my BSc (Hons) in Nutrition in 2021, I trained and worked as a Health & Wellbeing Coach in NHS General Practice, supporting clients through stress, lifestyle change, long-term conditions, weight management, emotional eating, taking actions to better manage mental wellbeing and the everyday pressures of modern life shaped everything about how I work today.
Those years taught me something important:
- Most people don’t need a strict plan. They need steady support; someone who listens.
- Someone who understands real life.
- Someone who helps them take small, do-able steps that actually last.
That’s the heart of SteadyWell Coaching — a calm, grounded space where you can build healthier habits without pressure, judgement, or overwhelm.
My Approach

Calm, Grounded, and Realistic
I’m not a “push harder” coach.
I’m not here to tell you to overhaul your life in a week.
And I’m definitely not here to give you generic advice you’ve already heard.
My part is to walk alongside you, to empower you.
My coaching is:
- Person centred — we start exactly where you are
- Evidence informed — grounded in nutrition and behaviour change science
- Trauma aware — steady, sensitive, and safe
- Practical — focused on real life routines, not perfection
- Compassionate — because change is hard, and you don’t have to do it alone.
My approach offers steady, compassionate support through all stage of life — without pressure, judgement, or quick fixes.
Whether you’re working on weight loss, improving your relationship with food, building healthier habits, or finding more balance in your day today life, we take it step by steady step.

Why I Do This Work
Because I’ve seen what happens when people feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from
themselves.
And I’ve seen what happens when they finally get the right support.
I do this work because:
- I believe everyone deserves to feel well
- I know change is possible at any age
- I care deeply about helping people feel capable again
- I’ve watched small steps transform lives — steadily, quietly, powerfully
SteadyWell Coaching brings together everything I’ve learned: the science, the compassion, the
practical tools, and the belief that you don’t need to do everything at once. You just need a starting point.
