Client records and coaching notes are stored securely on a password-protected computer and/or secure digital systems.

8. How Long Information Is Kept
Coaching records and notes may be retained for up to 7 years after the end of the coaching relationship, unless a longer retention period is required by law or professional obligations.
After this period, records will be securely deleted or destroyed.
